SET THE CREATIVE FOUNDATION

Design once. Adapt for the moment.

Prepare brand, scenes and audience variations. Reuse that foundation as customer context changes.

CONNECT THE REPEATABLE STEPS

From customer signal to video output.

Your application or automation supplies the context, requests supported operations and handles the result.

CONTINUE THROUGH YOUR CHANNELS

Bring video into the journey you run.

Use the returned output in your messaging stack, or the supported delivery configured for your workspace.

Integration architecture example. API and MCP V1 produce fixed video; recipient records do not personalize rendered media. Personalization uses a separately verified workspace workflow. API V1 does not send messages or manage webhook subscriptions. See API scope

Automation in your stack

What starts an automated video moment?+

Your CRM, commerce platform or application supplies a customer event and recipient context. Your integration maps that context to a prepared campaign and invokes the supported API operations, or uses MCP through a compatible assistant. The journey examples show integration recipes, not pre-installed connectors.

How does video return to our existing workflow?+

Read generation status and results through the API and use the output in your delivery stack. Workspace export webhooks can notify configured workflows about export outcomes. The fixed-video API V1 does not send messages or manage webhook subscriptions.

Planning the customer moment

Which journeys can use personalized video?+

Welcome stories, product discovery, loyalty moments and other audience-specific campaigns can connect the creative to a customer’s place in the journey.

Does a schedule make every recipient eligible?+

No. Readiness, recipient eligibility and the configured delivery channel still matter. A schedule does not override the recipient’s eligibility.

Reading the outcomes

Is a generated video the same as a delivered message?+

No. Generation, provider acceptance and confirmed delivery are separate outcomes. Inspect each available state for the recipient and campaign.

How should we measure campaign improvement?+

Agree on a baseline, audience, channel, conversion definition and measurement window before the pilot. Compare outcomes using your own controlled campaign evidence.
