Start with the customer moment
Define who the story is for, what they should understand and which action follows. A welcome story, product introduction and loyalty message need different scripts even when they share a brand. Decide which elements stay consistent and which should vary by audience.
In Engage, the creative workflow brings together scene direction, scripts, generated media and voice. Treat the first output as material to review: inspect the visual, listen to the delivery and make sure the result supports the brief.
Build the story scene by scene
Work with the scene structure, script and voice as connected creative decisions. A change to a message may need a different visual or voice take. Review the prepared composition in the studio, then inspect an exported sample for the delivery workflow.

Turn creative direction into a reusable foundation
A template provides a repeatable starting point. In the workspace, audience rules can connect that foundation to scene and voice variations, script values and defaults. The creative work and the rules should be reviewed together so the fallback version is as intentional as the tailored versions.
Programmatic access has its own release contract. The documented Engage API V1 uses published, frozen fixed-video template versions; it does not expose the entire creative authoring or video-personalization workspace. Read the REST API guide before designing that integration.
QUESTIONS, WITH CONTEXT

Creative inputs and controls
Plan the story before multiplying its versions.
What should a useful AI video brief include?
Include the audience, customer moment, message, desired next action, visual direction and brand requirements. Identify the parts that should vary by audience and those that should stay consistent across the campaign.
Can I work with scenes, script and voice together?
Yes. The creative workspace brings scene structure, scripts and voice into the workflow. Review their relationship: a revised line may need a different delivery or visual, and every version should still make sense as a complete story.
Can generated creative still follow our brand?
Brand choices and reusable templates help establish a consistent foundation. Inspect the generated scenes and exported sample against that foundation; brand configuration is a control, not a guarantee that every generated detail is already approved.
From draft to reusable creative
Check readiness and the interface your workflow uses.
What should be checked before reusing a template?
Review the scene order, prepared media, script values, voice, branding and default audience version. Confirm which template version is intended for the next workflow and whether its media is ready for preview and export.
Can an API client author the entire creative template in V1?
The documented Engage API V1 does not expose full template authoring. It works with authorized published fixed-video template versions. Use the workspace for broader creative work and verify the API operations your integration needs.
Are all transition styles available for finished exports?
Do not assume so. A style should only be offered when the same immediate native effect is verified in interactive playback and final MP4 rendering. The documented API V1 transition catalog has no entries; generated or FFmpeg transition fallbacks are not offered.
This guide describes workspace capabilities and documented implementations. Availability depends on deployment, workspace configuration and the integration contract. Confirm the required features for your rollout with Shuffll.
